Summary:

    Thanks to a last-minute change of schedule, high school senior Sera is stuck on a rainy and miserable camping trip with a group of classmates she'd never have even chosen for a group presentation--including Lucas, a boy with whom she has a very complicated history. When, during one stormy night, one of the teacher chaperones is murdered and the rest of the students are drugged, their supplies stolen, they quickly realize that someone among them has very, very sinister intentions. 

Thoughts: 

    This was a very fun, easy read. Although the plot and mystery were new and different, the characters and structure of the book were very similar to Richards' other book that I read recently, which I enjoyed. Just like Richards' other work, the culprit was not predictable (although that is arguably more of a me-problem) and the mystery made the book engaging and just the right amount of tense for its genre. Everything about this book was perfect for its genre, really; it was exactly what it mean to be.
