Summary:
Irene is an agent for The Library, a sprawling book repository that contains doors to thousands of alternate worlds, and book collections to match. When Irene and her new mentee Kai are given an assignment in a word dangerously overrun by chaotic forces, Irene must use all her resources to find the assigned book before an infamous Library traitor catches up to her.

Thoughts:
This was a very cute book. The narration reminded me of an aged-up version of The Incorrigible Children of Ashton Place, because of the introspective, verbose and spunky narrator. The world-building was also lovely, both the library and the alternate worlds, and the characters were fun. This wasn't the most incredible piece of literature ever written, but I firmly enjoyed reading it, and I hope to get to the next books in the series soon.
